Our team is growing and we are currently seeking expressions of interest from talented individuals to perform the role of Client Service Administrator.
Your main responsibilities as a Client Service Administrator will include general administration tasks, managing Client appointments, Client data input and management, preparation of product application forms and assisting Clients to implement recommendations set by the Financial Planners. If you are looking for a busy role, then you have found one!
The successful candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Solid administration experience
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• “Can do” attitude
• Sound organisational and time management skills
• Trustworthiness
• Ability to work unsupervised
Remuneration will depend on your skills & experience.
